Job Summary:

            As a senior performance marketing executive, you will deliver outstanding overall campaign performance, achieve market leadership in leveraging data to drive campaign performance and drive client retention through outstanding service delivery and reporting.

Key Responsibility:

  1. Brief and campaign set up
  • Work with Optimization Manager to interpret brief from sales and planning team and input on optimization strategy/tactics for campaign
  • Set-up campaign on platforms, ensure targets, data and creative is uploaded and objectives/budget set correctly
  • Set-up data testing group to compare VGI data vs. platform data

2. Overall delivery and performance

  • Work with Optimization Manager to ensure high optimization quality and performance towards pre-agreed objectives
  • Suggest ways to improve strategy and tactics on the run during campaigns
  • Assist Optimization Manager to control cost and margins internally to ensure with the aligned budget

3. Data performance

  • Contribute to ensure adequate testing on VGI data vs. platform data
  • Explore tactics to improve VGI data usage
  • Collaborate with Optimization Manager to build case studies of data performance

4. Service delivery

  • Support operations and account management team to ensure strong client service delivery
  • Proactively try to find new and innovative solutions for campaigns and bring ideas to the Performance Marketing Manager

5. Campaign reporting

  • Deliver weekly, monthly and campaign end reporting for clients
  • Collaborate with team to contribute to analysis, insight and next steps in all reporting.

6. Upselling (considering a plus to the role)

  • Work closely with Operations and Account Management team to support creating long-term client relationships

7. Teamwork

  • Display outstanding teamwork and collaboration no only within Operations team but also with other teams such as Sales, Account Management and Planning
  • Begin to learn and develop project management and coaching skills to become manager in the future

Qualification/Requirement:

  • 2+ years’ experience in optimization field with strong technical knowledge
  • Broad industry experience (beauty, automotive, baby products favorable), experience
    with conversion campaigns to drive ROI is favorable
  • Experience running paid media campaigns on Facebook, Google Display, Google Search,
    YouTube, Other display media channels (e.g. Taboola, LAP, Twitter, LinkedIn, Other
    DSPs etc.) are favorable
  • Experience with optimization for a wide range of objectives ranging from awareness
    through to conversion (e.g. online sales, lead generation, app download, coupon claim,
    etc.)
  • Experience with technical tracking, using UTM, FB Pixel, Google Tags. Further analytics
    experience is favorable (e.g. Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, SDK
    implementation etc.)
  • Experience using Google Data Studio and Super Metrics for reporting
  • Any experience using FB advanced solutions (e.g. collaborative ads, offline conversion,
    lift studies, dynamic ads) is favorable
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute in collaboration with
    teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Strong collaborative work ethic and desire to grow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English
  • Self-motivated, solution seekers and capable of working in a diverse and fast paced work
    environment
  • Passionate about new emerging technologies and willingness to learn
