Job Summary:

As an online sales manager, you will use your outstanding engaging communication skills
and ability to rapport with customer as well as online marketing insight to reach agreement with
direct client or client along with VGI OOH sales. Specifically, you will perform the following
tasks to the highest standards.

Key Responsibility:

  • Effectively communicate and present our online marketing capabilities, our strength and
    our strategy to meet clients’ needs
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and make sure everyone is
    well serviced in online marketing campaign
  • Manage and monitor client status from cold calling, pitching, to upselling in order to
    acquire loyal customers
  • Understand brand’s business need, receive brief from client with the key points to corporate
    with the planning team to develop campaign strategy and to create sales material to present
    to clients
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding to online campaign
  • Develop sales proposal, presentations and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and feedback important clients’ requirement to the team
    superior
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects,
    as needed

Qualification/Requirement:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of senior Account Executive and/or Senior Account
    supervisor in the digital marketing industry is required.
  • Experience in media platform e.g. Facebook, Google, data, programmatic, and influencer
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, management, or related fields with outstanding academic
    performance is preferred
  • Willingness to learn in an adaptive new-gen environment with ability to work under
    pressure
  • Continuously update oneself with changes in trends, which affect initiatives, in order
    to maintain knowledge levels required to propose VGI credentials as total media solutions
  • A desire to achieve complete customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
